Delicious Phad Thai
After coming back from Thailand, I was craving Thai food like there was no tomorrow… I just can’t get enough of it. Spicy, sweet, fresh… Yum!! How to solve this craving? I decided to give it a go, and make some on my own and see how it turned out. I watched a Thai lady in a tiny wooden boat make a plate of it every 2 minutes from a huge wok while floating in a canal, so it couldn’t be that hard could it?
My first attempt was wonderful, and cheap to make too. So I thought I’d share the simple recipe that only takes a few minutes to make.
